She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence granted by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Reuter obtained her Bachelor degree in Communication Disorders and Deaf Studies at SUNY New Paltz. She earned her Doctoral degree in Audiology at Gallaudet, a Deaf university located in Washington, D.C. Her residency was completed at the Warren Center, a non-profit site in Bangor, Maine.
