What to Expect at Your Fitting:

Programming and Customization: We will program your new hearing aids with the settings determined by your hearing test and lifestyle needs. This ensures they are perfectly calibrated to amplify the sounds you’ve been missing while maintaining clarity.

Physical Fitting: We'll make sure the hearing aids fit comfortably and securely in or on your ears. For custom-molded devices, we'll check the seal and fit. We want them to feel as natural as possible.

Instruction and Training: This is your personal training session! We'll show you how to properly insert and remove your hearing aids, change batteries or charge them, and clean them to keep them in top condition. We’ll also explain how to use any special features, like connecting to your phone or TV.

Verification and Fine-Tuning: We'll use special equipment to verify that the hearing aids are delivering the correct level of sound to your ears. We'll also listen to your feedback and make any immediate adjustments to ensure you are happy with the sound quality.
